Month-of Coordinator
Some know this as a day-of coordinator, but we're here to tell you that just isn't the way a good day-of coordinator works. (See day-of assistance if you're just looking for the manual labor of set up and tear down).
This is for couples who have planned their wedding but want a professional to take over the logistics, vendor communication and execution as the wedding approaches.
We’ll work closely with you for the month leading up to your wedding, creating a timeline for the day before, the day of, and the following day. We’ll be in contact with all vendors, being the go-to person for any issues that may pop up, ensuring the day runs smoothly and you can enjoy your day! Under 120 guests includes two staff for 8 hours onsite.
